1) When to contact us
Contact us if you believe:
content on the Service infringes your copyright or other IP rights
content violates your privacy or contains personal information that should not be there
a user is abusing the Service or violating the Terms/Guidelines
2) What to include in a notice
Send an email to contact@beewarm.app with:
your name and contact details
the URL(s) or sufficient information to identify the content
a description of the issue (copyright, privacy, or other)
for copyright claims: proof of ownership/authority and what is allegedly infringing
for privacy claims: what personal data is involved and why it should be removed
any supporting documents or links
3) Our process
We may:
acknowledge receipt
temporarily restrict access to the content while we review
request additional information
remove or disable access to content where appropriate
contact the user who posted the content (if applicable)
If you submit false or misleading notices, you may be liable for resulting damages under applicable law.
4) Dataset/model releases
If a complaint relates to a public dataset/model release, we will assess whether removal or modification is
feasible for future versions. Note that prior releases distributed under open licenses may have been copied
by third parties and cannot always be fully withdrawn.
